Progress continues at Mode Business Park West... We've hit another milestone with the successful installation of the second phase of underground tanks along Palmers Road. The backfilling of Tank 1 has also been completed, allowing us to move forward with the next stages of development.

This critical infrastructure will provide essential stormwater management for the entire business park, supporting sustainable development practices throughout the site.

It has been a challenging few weeks at our Mode Business Park West for the Stage 2C & 2D construction. Despite the obstacles, we successfully installed the first stage of the underground tanks, which span 128 meters along Palmers Road. Stage 2 will commence very shortly.
