Roger is a lawyer, investor and advisor, and practised as Commercial and Property lawyer for over 27 years, initially as a solicitor, then senior associate and partner at Barker Harty, then 20 years as a partner at Herbert Geer & Rundle and a further 5 years as a partner with Minter Ellison.
Between 2004 and 2009 as Executive Chairman and Major Shareholder, Roger lead a private equity group that successfully achieved the master planning permitting and initial development of a Ski field Village Resort at Hanazono Niseko, Japan.
Roger since 2004 has also been a non-executive director and significant shareholder in the Gragher Group of companies. Gragher is an investment group that invests in listed companies and counts a number of high-net-worth persons amongst its shareholders.
Roger for 12 years until recently was a member of the Committee of the Melbourne Racing Club and for a period served as Vice Chairman. During his time on Committee he has served as a member of the Master-planning and Property Sub-committee, the Nominations and Remuneration Sub-committee and also the Risk and Audit Sub-committee.
Roger has his own investment company and has developed various types of real estate property; including residential broad acres at South Morang and Dromana, Office warehouses at Tullamarine and multi-level apartments in Rosanna.
Doug has extensive experience and knowledge gained from over 40 years in chartered accounting and financial services, firstly as a partner at accounting firm Touche Ross and more recently as a partner at KPMG for over 20 years, where he also served as Chairman of KPMG Melbourne from 2007-2010, leading over 1,500 partners and staff during a period of global uncertainty.
Doug’s experience includes corporate audit, financial reporting, corporate risk assessment, corporate governance and audit committee operations, with clients spanning several industries including funds management.
Doug is currently a director of the Australia Japan Business Co-operation Committee and a director at the Jack Brockhoff Foundation and was previously the Chairman of the Audit and Risk Committee of Public Transport Victoria.
Claudio is Managing Director and founder of Maximise, which has been involved in the design, construction, development and project management of light Industrial warehouse projects with a total value in excess of $300 million across the Melbourne Metropolitan region.
Claudio holds a Bachelor of Economics (Honours) from La Trobe University, and a Doctor of Philosophy from the University of Melbourne.
Claudio is a fellow of CPA and a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and is a fully licensed residential and commercial builder.
Claudio’s hands-on management style, motivation, support of project teams and long-term strategic perspective ensure the timely achievement of project goals and objectives.
Dan is the founder and former Managing Director of Prime Electrical and Data services. Established in 1987 and still a family-owned business that has grown to a turnover in excess of $60 million and employing over 300 people. Operating predominantly in the commercial contracting field for many tier-one builders like Lendlease, Icon and Multiplex.
During his career Dan was heavily involved with the employment and education of hundreds of apprentices both as a member of an advisory board for NECA Education and Careers and through their employment. Dan continues to be heavily involved in the building industry currently as an adviser and investor.
Kosmas is past Professor of Family Business Entrepreneurship, School of Management RMIT University, the position of which he held for almost 20 years. Currently, he holds an honorary professorial appointment at The University of the South Pacific Fiji.
Kosmas has consulted multinational corporations including AXA, the Commonwealth Bank, and PWC. He is frequently called upon to provide expert media commentary. Kosmas has written several books and has over 150 international and national refereed journal publications in different disciplines, including psychology, accounting, and management. During his academic career, Kosmas supervised over 30 PhD candidates to successful completion, and his research continues to be cited widely internationally.
Colin is a Managing Director of Gazzola Farms, a third-generation family business established in 1932.
Gaining his business acumen as an agent in the Footscray Wholesale Market, Colin went on to establish avocado and sugarcane plantations in Queensland between 1988 and 1997, before returning to Victoria to continue farming with his family group.
With farms on the Mornington Peninsula and a wholesale business in the Epping Wholesale Fruit and Vegetable Market, Gazzola Farms currently supplies to all major wholesale markets and chains along the east coast of Australia, including Woolworths and Coles.
Colin and his family group are foundation unit holders of Maximise and have significant personal interest within all ongoing ventures.
Nalini has been employed as a Financial Controller across the construction, development and service industries since 2001. Holding a Bachelor of Business – Accounting (Monash University) and being a certified practicing accountant, Nalini has overseen all aspects of property development transactions for over 40 major projects from inception to completion.

Sarah is a quantity surveyor, business leader and non-executive director, and has practised as a quantity surveyor for over 30 years. Sarah was the first woman in Australia to lead a quantity surveying firm, as CEO of Slattery between 2017 and 2024, driving significant business growth and establishing the firm as one of Australia’s top five QS firms.
She is currently leading Slattery in long-term value creation through partnerships, innovation and strategic opportunities in her role as Director, Partnerships and Innovation.
Sarah is a Board Director of Uniting Vic.Tas, the largest faith-based not-for-profit in Victoria, where she helps shape strategy, oversee risk management frameworks, and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory obligations. She is also a member of the Housing, Investment and Property Committee.
Passionate about sustainability, Sarah has led initiatives in responsible building practices and carbon reduction, including championing net-zero emissions at Slattery and promoting sustainable design. She chairs the Responsible Products Advisory Group and is a member of the Green Star Advisory Committee at the Green Building Council of Australia.
Sarah holds a Bachelor of Construction Economics (RMIT), is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Quantity Surveyors, and a VBA Registered Building Practitioner (QS). She is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, a member of the Construction Forecasting Council (Australian Construction Industry Forum), sits on the Geelong Cats Foundation Board and is undertaking the Vincent Fairfax Fellowship 2025 through Cranlana Centre for Ethical Leadership.

Cameron has a background in property investment, development and finance, with over 30 years’ experience across commercial real estate and funds management. He has held senior roles at ISPT, including Fund Manager of the ISPT Retail Australia Property Trust, where he led the growth of a national retail and mixed-use portfolio to over $2.3 billion. He also held leadership roles at Westfield and QIC, managing major retail assets and development projects.
Cameron is currently Executive Director of Gregson Consulting, advising family offices, syndicators and corporates on investment structuring, capital partnering and development strategy. He has worked on joint ventures and capital strategies for leading property groups including Vicinity, Coles, Frasers and Haben.
He holds qualifications in Banking & Finance, Accounting and Applied Psychological Sciences, and has served on several boards and industry committees.

Diana has been working in the development and construction industry for over 10 years and has been involved in residential, commercial and industrial projects. Diana has experience in large-scale industrial projects including business parks, purposed built buildings and refurbishment/value add assets upwards of $500+ million. Having worked with high profile, local, and international clients from various industries, Diana strives to build strong relationships with all stakeholders and will navigate through many challenges to achieve the desired outcome.
Josh is a seasoned property professional holding a Bachelor of Property and a Master of Property (First Class Honours). With eight years of experience in property research, consulting, site acquisitions, and development, he delivers calculated insights that drive successful project outcomes.
Having worked on diverse projects with international property firms, Josh combines deep market knowledge with strong analytical and strategic skills to expertly navigate complex property challenges from site identification through development completion.
Josh is further enhancing his expertise by pursuing an MBA, focusing on the intersection of property and business strategy.
Logan is an experienced property professional holding a Bachelor of Business, Majoring in Property. With 4 years of experience in valuations and development management, he has developed a deep understanding of due diligence processes, market dynamics, feasibility analysis and design management that ensures project success from the get go.
Having previously managed a $70M+ portfolio of medium density residential developments utlising lean and agile project management methodologies, Logan brings a unique perspective and approach that drives efficiency while maintaining stringent risk management and quality communication.

Samuel plays an integral role in formulating Maximise Group’s long-term strategy and delivering strategic initiatives. Working closely with the Executive Team, he translates Maximise Group’s vision into actionable plans, while cultivating strong cross-functional relationships to develop and execute projects involving, market entry and acquisitions, and technology and operational excellence, inter alia.
Formerly, he was a Senior Consultant at one of the Big Four Accounting Firms, prior to joining internal strategy teams across Infrastructure, Retail, and Venture Capital.
He brings over 7 years’ experience across management consulting, accounting, corporate finance, data analytics, and project management, having supported clients across large-scale transformations, M&A, supply chain, digital transformation, and product development.
Marianne streamlines daily operations with extensive office management experience across multiple industries, including civil construction. She manages workflows, coordinates cross-departmental projects, and implements digital solutions that drive efficiency.
